We are a growing marketing agency working with a portfolio of restaurants, entertainment venues, and lifestyle brands across London. Our core services include social media management, digital content creation, influencer partnerships, and event planning (both online and offline). With a strong presence in the F&B industry, particularly Chinese cuisine brands, we are now looking to expand our China-focused projects and strengthen our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager to lead and grow our China market operations. This role will focus on developing tailored strategies for our Chinese brand clients, managing their social media presence across both Western and Chinese platforms, and executing campaigns that connect with target audiences. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Chinese consumer trends, culture, and digital ecosystems, as well as proven experience in managing brand communications across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies specifically for Chinese cuisine and entertainment brands
• Manage day-to-day operations of clients' social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu/RED, Douyin, WeChat, etc.)
• Plan and execute content calendars, including writing copy, coordinating with designers/videographers, and ensuring culturally relevant storytelling
• Monitor analytics and provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Work closely with influencers, KOLs, and media contacts in both the UK and Chinese-speaking communities
• Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns, events, and collaborations
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in both the UK and China markets

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of both Western and Chinese social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu/RED, WeChat, etc.)
• Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese and English
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of visual and digital storytelling
• Experience working with influencers/KOLs and running paid ad campaigns is a plus
